This is an excellent cookie press!!! I just love it! After having to deal with a very difficult battery-operated one that just got tossed in the trash, I gave this one a try. Boy am I glad I did! It is not hard to press at all, and you get a perfect cookie every time with just one simple click of the lever. I made a batch of cookies 10 times faster than I could with my old finicky battery operated one. Who needs batteries when you can have this? It is very easy to operate (just follow the directions)! I used my old original cutout cookie recipe (but did not chill the dough), and they came out perfectly with this press. Wilton sure does make an excellent product!
